We do our best to keep build and delivery times down to a minimum. This list is kept updated on a regular basis. For the most accurate times and to go over your details, please call one of the salesmen at 207-269-2800.

Current lead times:

  • Storage and 12' single garages: 4 weeks
  • Vinyl sided sheds & Garages: 6 weeks
  • Unfinished/Shell camps-14' wide garages: 5-6 weeks
  • Finished interior camps: 5 months
  • Two Car Stick Built Garages: Spring/summer 2024
  • Gazebos: 8 weeks
  • Horse Barns and B&B Sheds: 6 weeks
  • Lean-to Horse Barns: 10 weeks
  • Modular Horse Barns: July 2024
  • Certified Modular Homes: April/May 2025
