- Unfinished/Shell camps-14' wide garages: 4 weeks
- Finished interior camps: 3 full months
- Two Car Stick Built Garages: Winter 2024
- Gazebos: 14 weeks
- Horse Barns and B&B Sheds: 6 weeks
- Lean-to Horse Barns: 7 weeks
- Modular Horse Barns: February 2025
- Certified Modular Homes: July 2025
- Park Models: 12-16 weeks
